(example is if I open the box to inspect and it does not meet my standards I will not ship it out to you. If it is my last unit I will get a replacement part ASAP.) If your item arrives damaged please keep all packing materials to show the shipping carrier to make a insurance claim. You can also help us out to get your products out quickly by making sure to provide a physical address and a contact phone number. Our shipping carriers need a phone number incase they have a problem finding your address.
